Information & Guidelines

Thank you for being our guest.  Please observe the following guidelines which were developed for your safety, consideration for your fellow campers, and to ensure an enjoyable stay.

LAUNDRY:  Change is available in the office.  These are front loading washers & dryers that require HE detergent.  Do not use regular detergent as it will not clean your clothes and will ruin the sensors in the washers.  HE detergent is available to purchase in the Laundry Room.

ICE:  Ice machine is available at the end of the Laundry building.  The cost is $2.25 per bag. 

BATHHOUSE:  Located in the office building.  Please wash off all sand using the outside shower before entering the bathhouse.  Sand is very difficult to remove from the shower floor and leaves a mess for your fellow campers.  Limit the duration of your shower to 10 minutes and leave the floors as dry and clean as possible.

GARBAGE:  Please place all garbage in dumpster.  Wrap fish & seafood leftovers in newspaper and garbage bags to prevent the odor from escaping.  NO bait please!  Crush boxes and cans if possible.

SPEED LIMIT:  5 MPH --- strictly enforced!  If you are stirring up dust, you are going too fast!

QUIET TIME:  10:00 PM – 7 AM.

CHECK IN-OUT TIME:  Check in and out for RVs is 11 AM.  No arrivals after 8 PM without prior approval.  Providing it is available for your site, you can request a late departure of 4 PM for a charge of $8.00.  Check in for Rentals is 3 PM, check out is 11 AM.  No late departures.

GUEST:  The rate includes 2 children and/or 2 adults, additional persons are $2 per person, per day.  Maximum occupants per site are 6 if in an RV and 5 if in a popup camper.  The park is small making it difficult to accommodate larger groups.  If you are having guest visiting with you, please have them park in guest parking.  Also, if they require use of our facilities (e.g. bathrooms & showers), then they have become our guest as well,  in which case there is a charge as with any extra person of $2 per day.

REFUNDS:  You will not be given a refund for an early departure so book your stay accordingly. 

VEHICLES:  You should have a parking pass that allows 1 vehicle to park at your site.  Additional vehicles will need to be parked in visitor parking.

HOOKUPS:  Your site has full hookups.  You have paid for 30 amp or 50 amp electrical services.  If you are on 30 amp service, please do not operate an electric hot water heater- switch it to gas.  Your sewer hookup has to have a sewer elbow adapter.  If it does not, please do not hookup your sewer until you have one. It is a health department requirement and you could easily block everyone’s sewer discharge causing a backup.  Check your water hookup for leaks.

STAKES & POLES:  Please do not drive stakes or poles  into the ground.  Stakes can be hazardous to our underground utilities as well as to yourself if you hit an electrical wire.

TENTS:  None permitted anywhere.

MOTORIZED and BATTERY POWERED VEHICLES:  None permitted.  We are just too small.  Children on toy vehicles are in danger of someone not seeing them.  Please, bicycles only!

CAMPFIRES:  No uncovered campfires in the campground.  No fires on the beach at all.

BBQ GRILLS:  Please do not place on picnic tables.  Dispose of ashes & charcoal in a responsible manner.  Do not dump charcoal at the edge of the woods.  You’re leaving a mess for someone else to clean up.

ALCOHOL:  If taken off your site, must be concealed in a cup or drink coozie. 

GLASS:  No glass permitted off your site.

CAMPER COURTESY:  Please do not walk or ride bikes through other sites. 

BOATS & TRAILERS:  Park in designated areas only.  Also, boats may be tied to one of the 3 pilings on each side of the pier, but not to the dock or boat slip unless you are loading or unloading briefly.

PETS:  We love them, but please keep all pets on a lease at all times and do not allow them to roam into adjoining sites or road.  Do not leave them outside unattended.  Walk your pet in the designated area and always scoop your poop.  Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 charge.  Pets are not allowed on the beach, dock, pier or any buildings.  Please no aggressive, barking or loud pets. 

BEACH, DOCK & PIER:  Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed on the pier or waterfront without an adult.  No jumping from the dock or pier.  The water is shallow, so obviously, NO DIVING.  Do not ride your bike on the pier. 

VEHICLE WASHING:  No vehicle washing.  You may wash your RV or boat for a charge of $20.  Check with the office prior to doing so.

CLOTHESLINES:  Not permitted.

RESPONSIBILITY:  Each individual using these premises assumes the full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage to themselves or any child in their care while in, about, or upon premises of or while using the premises or any facilities or equipment of Bay Breeze RV on the Bay, LLC, and agrees to hold harmless it’s members, agents, and employees from all liability.
